Frequently Asked Questions
We understand that starting therapy can feel overwhelming. Here are answers to some common questions about our services, insurance, and processes.
How long is therapy?
Therapy length varies based on your goals and needs. Some clients benefit from short-term, skill-based therapy or intensives lasting a few weeks, while others choose ongoing support for deeper or more complex challenges. We collaborate with you to create a treatment plan that supports real, lasting change without unnecessary sessions.
Do you accept my insurance?
Yes. We accept many major insurance plans, along with private pay, employee assistance programs (EAP), and court-mandated referrals. Coverage can vary, so our team is happy to help verify your benefits and explain any out-of-pocket costs before your first session.
Do you offer virtual sessions?
Absolutely. We provide HIPAA-secure virtual therapy for clients who prefer the flexibility of online sessions, as well as in-person appointments at our office. Both options offer the same structured, high-quality care.
What if I’m court-mandated?
We offer court-approved treatment programs for probation, legal, DOT, and workplace requirements. Our services meet compliance standards, and we provide all required documentation and progress reports. Our team will guide you through the process with professionalism and discretion.
